Workplace Innovation & Training Solution Nigeria Limited is in partnership with the Wits Enterprise, University of the Witwatersrand to bring quality, cost-effective and competitive international education to Nigeria and the rest of West Africa. He worked at one of the foremost financial service groups in Nigeria, where he rose to the Regional Vice President. He is an investor in real estate in Nigeria and is the highest-ranking executive in a thriving real estate investment company in Nigeria.

Dr Timothy Hutton (Director Executive Education, Wits Business School)
Tim has had extensive consulting experience in higher education, consulting to many Higher Education and supporting institutions at the highest level. In addition to this he has extensive executive and consulting experience in various sectors including Automotive, Construction, Energy Higher Education and Oil and Gas Sectors. As Director Short Courses and Consulting at Wits Enterprise, he built a significant short course and executive education business across a number of schools over the past 7 years. During my time at Wits I also served as Acting Director of Executive Education from June 2017 to April 2018 in a part-time capacity as position which he currently holds. He has worked in numerous African and European countries with both Wits and international partners to deliver a variety of education related projects as well as large scale consulting projects.
Mr Gavin Olivier (Managing Executive, Wits DigitalCampus)
Gavin Olivier’s career spans 12 years of delivering performance optimisation solutions, with a specific focus on human resources (HR) consulting, programme management, online learning and strategic consulting. Gavin began his career in the mining industry as an HR officer and progressed to the level of HR Manager. He furthered his career as an independent consultant focusing on organisation development interventions and HR consulting before returning to a corporate environment, in which he functioned as an OD and training manager. Gavin joined The LRMG (Wits DigitalCampus partner) in 2007 and was accountable for the design, development and implementation of a broad-based education programme aimed at educating 28 000 people in basic financial literacy. As a Managing Executive of the Learning Solutions Business Unit, Gavin managed the delivery of learning programmes, e-learning and performance enabling technology in and has worked extensively on large technology implementations over the past nine years and has led the LRMG technology implementation team for seven years. In January 2017, Gavin joined the Wits DigitalCampus team as the Managing Executive.
